Etalon 410ml UV curing universal putty

DESCRIPTION AND FIELDS OF APPLICATION:
Etalon UV Universal Putty has exceptional filling power. Thanks to very fast drying by means of UV-rays, it avoids the problems of all traditional putties, allowing to sand immediately after exposure to UV-Rays (it doesn’t cause any overheating of the surface to be treated), with a better adhesion even on difficult surfaces; no pin-holes that might be caused by the mixing with a catalyst; no waste of catalyzed product; easy application even during the hot season; constant drying times; no pot-life.

For use with:
Iron, Sheet Steel, Plastics (Polyester reinforced with fiberglass)
Original paints or old well-established finishes.

Surface Preparation:
On primers or enamels – sand and clean the surface before UV putty application.

UV Lamp Curing Instructions:
Knife application: 1 – 2.5mm Thickness
UV Curing Time: 2 – 5min at 20cm (depending on thickness)
Sanding: Course P60 – P120 then P180 – P320 for the finish.

Clean Up:
Clean off with nitro or washing thinner.

Suitable for re coating with UV filling primer, Polyester spray putty, Isopol primers, Acrylic primers.
